With birthdays coming around and the holidays over, I started to think more and more about cake. To be completely honest, I indulged in some naughty (gluten-FULL, milky, and buttery) desserts over Christmas, and I was filled with regrets, pain, and gas. Yes, I said it. In order to avoid this situation in the future, I did some digging to find some gluten-free (and dairy-free) cakes I could opt for instead of the local tummy-angering temptations. Fortunately, I found three bakeries in Seoul that offer full-sized, gluten-free cakes for your next birthday, anniversary, or just because you love cake!

Guys, I found this cake shop the other day on Instagram and it is glorious. Surprise, surprise! They also have a gluten-free chocolate cake or gluten-free carrot cake on request. I was able to message the owner on KakaoTalk in English, and ask for a price estimate of the below drunk Barbie cake with gluten-free cake (made from domestic rice flour), and the owner said that it would cost 140,000 KRW for the gluten-free option. Reservations need to be made two (2) weeks in advance.
